Sonos won’t let me sign in. Ever since I installed the new Sonos app I’m not able to sign in to my account anymore. It somehow has linked my account to another one that I do not own and won’t accept me using my credentials. This is extremely frustrating.

As it’s just an issue with the iPhone App, perhaps try an App reset on that iDevice via…’Settings/App Preferences’. On reopening the App, skip the opening screens, but accept T&C’s and allow network access and connect the App back to the ‘existing’ Sonos system and see if that fixes the issue.

After using Sonos and Spotify for 4+ years my Spotify app can no longer see Sonos speakers. Soundcloud app can’t see them either. somos app sees them fine and can play Spotify from its app but not vice versa Spotify can see the Google nest and Samsung TV. I’ve tried de linking and registering. Power cycling.
